Immediately after law school, Mr. Holmes passed the California State Bar examination and accepted a position as a Deputy District Attorney, prosecuting criminal cases. After serving as a Deputy District Attorney, Mr. Holmes opened his own law office, working as a criminal defense attorney for clients accused of various criminal violations. Mr. Holmes credits much of his success to the fact that he was able to find out how the various prosecutors evaluate cases and what issues they look for when prosecuting cases. As a Defense Attorney, Mr. Holmes successfully defends clients facing charges ranging from lower level misdemeanor charges all the way up to major felony cases throughout the United States.
